Your withdrawals are sent to the bank account you used to make your first deposit into your Regular account. The IBAN for this bank account registered for withdrawals can be found in your customer area, under the “Withdrawal” section.
You can replace this bank account with another, provided that it is an account opened in the same name (same company or same person).
To change the IBAN where you receive your withdrawals, please send a request to our customer support team using this form, providing us with the new bank details in PDF format and the reason for the change.
