Return
The return on assets is paid continuously into wallets managed by Regular. The gross return exceeds 5.50% per year. The portion of the return that exceeds 5.50% is used to cover Regular's service fees.
If the return on assets increases or decreases significantly, the return paid to the customer may be revised upwards or downwards. Customers will be informed in advance of any change in the rate. However, we will try to maintain the principle of a fixed return of 5.50% for the customer for the sake of simplicity and predictability.
Capital
We have made strategic choices that make the investment profile prudent, in particular by using stablecoins backed by other assets and spreading them across more than 10 different products, but the amount deposited in the Regular account and the return are not contractually guaranteed.
On the banking risk scale, or SRRI, ranging from 1 to 7, the score is low at 2, as the historical volatility of the Regular account is low.
In addition, the platforms used to place stablecoins are selected on the basis of multiple criteria that allow their reliability to be assessed.
By way of comparison, an "SCPI" (real estate investment company in France) is often classified at level 3.
