To open a Regular account, the following conditions apply:
Businesses:
- proper incorporation, registration, headquarters in an eligible jurisdiction, no dissolution or liquidation, and representation by a duly authorized person,
- for the representative submitting the account opening request: provide a valid form of identification (an ID card that expired less than 5 years ago cannot be accepted for regulatory reasons),
- provide a Kbis extract issued within the last 3 months, or other proof of professional activity,
- complete the investor profile assessment questionnaire,
- make an initial investment of at least €100.
Individuals:
- be of legal age, have legal capacity, and have eligible residency or citizenship,
- have a valid form of identification (identity cards that expired less than 5 years ago cannot be accepted for regulatory reasons),
- provide proof of address issued within the last 3 months,
- complete the investor profile assessment questionnaire,
- make an initial investment of at least €100.
