To open a Regular account, the following conditions apply:
Individuals:
be of legal age,
be a resident of France or another country outside the European Union. Due to the transition period to the European MiCA regulation, our French PSAN registration does not currently allow us to accept residents of other EU countries.
Have a valid ID (ID cards that expired less than 5 years ago cannot be accepted for regulatory reasons).
provide proof of address dated within the last 3 months,
make an initial investment of at least €100 to validate the account opening.
It is possible to open an account while residing in a country outside the EU, provided that this country has a risk-scoring profile similar to France. In this case, the customer must provide proof of tax residence in that other country so that our company can apply the tax treaty between France and that country.
Businesses:
be domiciled in France or in another country outside the European Union (provided that this country has a risk-scoring profile similar to France). Indeed, as part of the transition period to the European MiCA regulation, our French PSAN registration does not temporarily allow us to accept residents of other EU countries.
For the representative making the account opening request: use a valid ID (ID cards that expired less than 5 years ago cannot be accepted for regulatory reasons),
provide a certificate of registration less than 3 months old, or other proof of professional activity,
make an initial investment of at least €100 to validate the account opening.
