To close your account, simply make a withdrawal that brings your balance below the minimum threshold of €100. This will automatically trigger the closure procedure.
A closure fee of €25 will then be applied: the remaining balance, after deduction of this fee, will be transferred to you in full.
Your account will be closed within 1 to 3 business days after the withdrawal.
